Please Help Lauren walk again

Everyone my fiance Lauren broke her femur really bad 1 year ago. She still is non weight bearing on her left leg. We thought last year would be our year and a fresh beginning. What was supposed to be a 40 min. Surgery turned out to be 4 hrs. L has a slight case of MD, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, and a bad back. During the surgery while putting in a titanium rod. When the doctor screwed the screw near her pelvis it shattered the break into 3 more pieces. Finally after getting a smalling screw in they had to wire around it. The doctor took a biopsy of the bone and skin because it looked bad. Thank God it came back fine. She's ready to go to rehabilitation, but unfortunately we didn't get insurance till 2 months later. So they won't help pay. Were trying our best but I've had to take a lot of time off work to help take care of her. We were thinking of moving to New York...but she won't be able to get around. Guys if anyone can help it would be much appreciated. She's ready to walk and go through therapy and so am I. So we can move forward and hopefully have a blessed year this year. Thank You.
