StrayBaby's vet bills

Donation protected

So, last night, this adorable little cat wandered onto our porch in terrible condition. He was skin and bones and covered in fleas. I was unable to take him in, since I have three other cats who don't react well to newcomers and don't need to be covered in fleas. Unfortunately, this morning, I learned that one of my neighbors had attacked the cat overnight and tried to kill him, before being stopped by another neighbor. Upon realizing the urgency of the issue, the ever-generous Liz brought him to a vet today where he was given a few baths, some bloodwork, and a solid round of medication. He was covered in fleas, extremely malnourished, anemic, had worms, the whole nine yards. The vets said that he wouldn't have made it through the week in his condition. Luckily, he is doing much better now and being fostered and recovering back to his full strength until he moves to his forever home.

Liz was able to cover the cost up front, but even though it wasn't as bad as it could've been, it's still a lot of money for us all right now. A bunch of people have offered their support, both in spreading the word to find a home (we found one, thank you!), and volunteering food and care. If you're unable to help out financially, but can donate other goods, such as toys, supplies, food, etc., email me at [email redacted]. If you can spare some money, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all!
