Cloth diapers for babies of street girls

The girls who come to the Pan Bila Center are there for many different reasons, they might have stolen 10 dollars from their parents and were rejected, some were prostitutes who got pregnant, others were raped but have been rejected by their families because according to the culture they are the ones who get blamed.

At the Pan Bila Center we receive any girl who is in need. We give them a somewhere safe to sleep, three meals a day, medical aid, clothes, soap: One thing that we have not been able to give them is diapers for their babies, disposable diapers are very expensive here. The people in Burkina just don't have diapers for their children. If they have extra cloth they will put this under the babies but that does not prevent leaks. Since they carry the babies on their backs they get urine all over themselves and when you have to wash everything by hand it gets very frustrating to have to change your clothes as often as you change your baby.

We would love to be able to give all the girls at Pan Bila the possibility to use cloth diapers. We've been given an opportunity to buy cloth diapers for a reduced rate through cotton babies. 

This would help the relationship between the baby and the mother. It will help the mother raise her baby with love.
