My name is Emma Danzey! I am a 22-year-old Christian Artist from Hickory, North Carolina. My mission is inspiring young women to embrace the extraordinary!
In November 2012 the Lord called me into the Christian Music Industry with Ephesians 3:20-21 "Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen."
Since then, I have recorded my first EP with Cody Norris and Award winning producer Ed Cash, opened for Laura Story, had the honor of being on radio stations in 6 states, recorded a single with Humble Tip, and am starting the Polished Conference for teen girls. I say these things not to brag on myself, but to glorify God in ALL that He has done! The gifts that He brings, are just loans from Him for His glory!
Now, the Lord has opened up a new opportunity and I am stepping out in faith, believing that He will provide. This spring 2015 I will be recording a 5 song EP with my producer, Scott Williamson in Nashville, Tennessee. I will be co-writing with professional songwriters in Nashville and Atlanta. The theme of this project is encouraging young women (specifically teenagers) in areas that they struggle with while growing up (i.e. self image, purity, identity, etc.). It will be me singing to these girls about standing strong, knowing that God meets them where they are at, and is using this growth period to refine them into women of the Lord. (Psalm 144:12)
