For those of you who would like to give to the Howell family during their time of loss, this is a place to do so.
The sudden loss of Elliott has been an absolute tragedy for his parents, Joey and Shonna and his older sister Eislyn, 7 and brother Everett, 4. Elliott was found in his crib non-responsive by his mother just 2 days after his his 1st birthday. 911 was called and Elliott was rushed to the hospital where doctors were unable to resuscitate him. The heart wrenching decision that no parents should ever have to make to stop CPR was made. Here Joey and Shonna were able to spend a few precious hours holding their sweet innocent, and once so lively, baby boy. Elliott was a ray of sunshine to everyone who knew him. As the youngest, he loved his big sis and bro-bro to the moon and thought everything they did was entertaining. He had a grin larger than life that lit up our hearts. His light will forever be missed.
Elliott’s tissues and organs are being donated; even in this time of loss the Howells continue to give so much. While Shonna and Joey are grieving, there will be many unexpected costs (medical bills, funeral expenses, lost wages, etc.) with Elliott’s passing. We would also love to support them by putting any additional donations towards opportunities to help Eislyn and Everett as they struggle to understand this devistating loss.
