Help Jacob fight Chairi 1 malformat

Let me start out by saying I wish we did not have to ask for help. The bills are coming in and have overwhelmed us. We are barely making ends meet and trying to take care of 2 special needs children and then Jacob needing all this medical attention. I have bills waiting to be paid that are way over 40,000 and we will most likely never make it. Hoping someway some one can open their hearts and help . ....Hi my 10 year old son Jacob was born with a lot of medical issues. His skull was open and they had to do surgery to close it. He has seizures and is developmentally delayed because of this. He has just been diagnosed with Chairi 1 Malformation. This is where there is a problem between his brain stem and spinal cord. He is in alot of pain most nights. He will be needing a lot of medical attention in the next few months and possibly surgery on this area. We live in a small town and have to travel  over 2 hours to his appointments one way. When Jacob has this surgery we will have to be at the hospital for a few days and then have to keep going back for rechecks. We are figuring it will cost us  between $10000 TO $30000 for hotel rooms, food , gas and all other necessities to keep Jacob healthy and happy. we have another son who is also special needs and I have MS. Over the last few months Jacob's condition has had some glitches. He will now have to have surgery on his eyes and will be needing a full spinal MRI. They have also found in the last few months some genetic problems that will be needing medical  care within the future. If you could find it in your heart to help please do. Jacob is a sweet little boy that everyone loves when they meet him.
