Preparing for baby!

When my aunt passed away last year, my boyfriend and I bought her house to avoid it being taken from the family, or a family member (her beneficiary) going into debt to try and pay it off. Money was tight, and the house needed a LOT of work, but we went forward anyhow. We decided to start in the kitchen (which needed a complete remodel, including removing some walls). This is when we discovered that our issues were far more than cosmetics. Rather than the budget friendly remodel, we spent most of our funds to rewire, replace pipes, and update the ductwork throughout the entire house. Fun, right? Not the end of the world though, we would just save up money and finish the remodel at a later time. Well, SURPRISE, I'm pregnant! Very exciting... except... pause.... we still don't have any walls, a ceiling, a working sink, cabinetry/countertops, or a stove; nor do we have the funds to complete this project before baby arrives. :/ We realize that this is not your typical fundme. We are not sick, we are not helping anyone other than our little family. However, if you have some extra cash, and a big heart, we would greatly appreciate any help we can get.
