Guidance Life-Skills And Mentoring (G.L.A.M.) believes that at-risk girls and teens should have the tools that will enable them to develop self-esteem and live responsible and productive lives.
By instilling a sense of commitment, responsibility and possibility through effective, comprehensive, and innovative programming, GLAM prepares young women to achieve a promising future. This benefits the Girls of G.L.A.M. and also benefits the community.
