BREAKING NEWS ON HOMELESS FIGHT!
Donation protected
In raising money for a lawsuit against Eugene on its homeless abuses, I discovered that many people were reluctant to give because of their fears about how he city would react or commitment issues.
But in the homeless advocacy community, there is a unanimous feeling that a lawsuit against the city is still absolutely necessary. And major donors are being talked to as far as stepping up to the plate.
Since I'm on my way to Mexico, I'll be closing this account down within a week, and 100% of what has been raised will be donated to the Civil Liberties Defense Center to carry on the good fight.
If anyone who's already given money doesn't want their money sent to the CLDC, please contact me, and I will refund your money.
