I have decided to leave Marcos ' story up for those who still wish to inquire as to what he went through, as it was written in his own words. . However, for those just visiting, my husband passed away and won his battle against cancer& into heaven on Good Friday, April 3rd, 2015.
It is still my mission to spread awareness of natural treatment vs. Conventional. To spread faith, inspiration, and love. ..and to continue this journey now starting anew..

Hello Everyone. My name is Marcos Medina. Im 25 years old, I have 2 beautiful children(Marcelos Achilles Medina 3years old & Mariah Alazay Medina 8years old).I recently married the love of my life(Aimee Stewart now know as Aimee K. Medina) I was the typical athletic person- really competitive, in shape and also enjoyed time with my family and friends. I always thought I was a pretty healthy person, until the stomach issues started happening. At first I thought it was your ordinary stomach ache, but it started to become more frequent. I also started to notice that I was having reactions towards different foods that I never experienced before. In April 2014, I went to see my Doctor because of these issues. She ran a couple tests and one came back testing positive for Helicobacter pylori also known as H pylori. I did the treatment needed to cure the H Pylori, which was 3 antibiotics at once, for 2 weeks. But for some reason the pains in my stomach and food reaction really didnt change. So I went back to the Doctor to check if the H.pylori was really gone. .(those tests all came back normal by the way) , but this time i also got a referral to go see a GI also known as a Gastroenterologists, since I was still having pain. So I made my appointment to see the Gastroenterologist, who believed that all it was, was gastritis. He told me not to worry about anything serious like cancer, because in all his years, he hadn't seen someone my age with stomach cancer. So we scheduled an Endoscopy. Just so you know (Endoscopy is a nonsurgical procedure used to examine a person's digestive tract. Using anendoscope, a flexible tube with a light and camera attached to it, your doctor can view pictures of your digestive tract on a color TV monitor). At the end of that appointment, I got the news that I have a massive ulcer that the Doctor said most likely is cancerous. A few days later he called to confirm that it was cancer. From there I got referred to see an Oncologist.
I saw the oncologist and he couldn't tell me much yet, but that 2 tests were needed to proceed with the proper protocol. A PETscan (A positron emission tomography (PET) scan is an imaging test that uses a radioactive substance called a tracer to look for disease in the body. A PET scan shows how organs and tissues are working) & a endoscopy With ultrasound
(A Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) combines endoscopy and ultrasound in order to obtain images and information about the digestive tract and the surrounding tissue and organs).
So I did those tests and the endoscopic ultrasound results showed i had a 6 centimeter mass in my stomach which is pretty big, with about 10 cancerous surrounding lymph nodes & The PetScan results showed that it was just in my stomach. It was On September 8, 2014, when i saw the Oncologist and was diagnosed with Stage I I I B signet ring gastric adenocarcinoma (stomach cancer). The most terrifying thing i ever heard in my life, but in my mind i knew that i had to do what i had to do. The oncologists said i would have to do the 3 strongest chemos known, so they rushed me to have a port placed in my chest to begin chemotherapy. Everything was moving so fast!
But during that one week between the port placement and when i was supposed to start chemo, my wife and i began our research on Cancer, Chemotherapy, and the dangers of it.. and the benefits of Natural Holistic Healing. That is when my decision was made. I chose to go with natural medicine.
