Beckie's quest for bite correction

Hello friends.
For much of my life I have experienced pain in my tmj, with my jaw some times locking. This year I finally saw an orthodontist who preformed xrays and determined that I have malloclusion, overjet, and 50% overbite. She informed me that a popping sound I have heard much of my life is the result of a loosened jaw disk. She said that the bones are now rubbing against each other and referred me to an oral surgeon. After seeing an oral surgeon it was confirmed that I would need a surgery called the BSSO. Because I live in Ontario and it is considered a necessity, a chunk of the surgery will be covered by Ohip. Unfortunately, the dilemma arises that the surgeon will not correct the bite without a year of braces before and after surgery. Braces are considered cosmetic so there is nothing available to help me pay for them. Being a 21 year old full time student who has been living on her own since 16, I am no where in the position to afford this myself, whilst still experiencing tremendous pain ongoingly, at my tempormandibular joint (tmj). So now I come to you, in hopes that you will help me raise the money to afford a new bite, a new, pain free standard of life.

P.S- please refer to my main image to see the extent of my over bite and over jet, my bottom teeth are almost entirely overlapped. This has caused chipping of front teeth. If my front tooth chips one more time, I have been told I will need a veneer.
