Bean's emergency fund

My best friend bean, is a alaskan eskimo dog + chihuahua mix. He has been having a lot of medical issues as of late but I don't have the money to take him in right now and no vet places will help unless I have money up front. No where is helping and I am getting very worried. He won't stop screaming and biting and scratching himself till he bleeds. It's not fleas we have checked multiple times no fleas. He even has a flea collar which we got recently hoping it'd help. But nothing changed and he won't get better over time. I just need enough to get him to the vet so they will at least look at him. I am begging!
