Edie's Scoliosis Suit

Hi everyone lot's of you know Edie and her challenges and struggles as well as her big achievements with her health and development over the last 5 years.
Unfortunately Edie's Scoliosis has progressed greatly which means she is in urgent need of another scoliosis lycra suit like the one she had a couple of years ago of which she out grew. The 2nd skin scoliosis suit is the only bracing system she can tolerate and wear safely due to her fever related epilepsy, low muscle tone, reflux and significant learning difficulties. The aim of the suit is to slow down the progression of her spine curvature to delay multiple surgeries for as long as possible. Multiple spine surgeries for Edie are very risky because of her complex health issues including a heart condition and skin scarring complications . The lycra suit was a great success before so we have high hopes again. The suit is not available on the NHS unfortunately and we have exhausted all avenues of alternatives by going from Harley Street in London to Sheffield Childrens Hospital and Bristol Childrens Hospital. Therefore we are going to need to start fundraising and any help however small will make all the difference to Edie's quality of life. Thankyou for reading. Sharon & Jason xx
