Support Local Animal Shelters

Sigma Alpha, UConn's professional agricultural sorority, needs your help in raising money for animal shelters in the Storrs Mansfield area. As part of UConn Volleyball’s Second Annual Dog Pound Challenge all of the money raised will directly benefit the shelters.

 

Fans are invited out to Gampel Pavilion on UConn’s campus in Storrs for the two-day tournament on September 9th and 10th. UConn plays at 10:00 am and 7:00 pm on Friday 9/9 and 1:00 pm on Saturday 9/10.

 

Also, during the matches on Friday, September 9th Wings of Freedom Animal Rescue will be hosting a dog adoption event outside of Gampel Pavilion at the Jonathan the Husky Statue. Make sure to swing by and check out all of the dogs available for adoption.
