Welcome Baby!

Hi, my name is Elizabeth. I am a community organizer in Brattleboro, VT. I am currently taking a break from my work to have a baby in October!!! I have discovered in my experience that my choice to have a child at home with a midwife is not fully supported by my insurance and I am in need of help to make this happen.

I am looking for contributions to have a home birth for the arrival of my son in October. I would be so grateful for your help!

This request aslo supports 3 wonderful people in my community who will assist me in my home birth: my midwife, her assistant midwife, & my doula!

Part of this contribution will also cover the medical supplies needed at the birth, and to help me through the 1st month of staying home with this new baby and healing while I get back on my feet since I do not have the support of maternity leave.
