Help Me Survive in Debt

Two years ago I was hit by a car while riding my bike to work. I sustained minor injuries at the time (that I knew of). I had just gotten a job for the first time in a while and didn't yet have insurance.
Despite not having major injuries, I was in enough pain and was bleeding enough that I had to get checked at the ER. They only gave me pain killers and told me I'd sprained my elbow, and bruised my bones on my arms and hip.
I only found out later that they charged me $25,000 just for that!
I've been struggling with juggling school and work due to extreme depression and anxiety, so currently I don't have a job while I try to earn my veterinary assistance degree.
I just got a bill for $30,000 ($25,000 + $5,000 in late fees) from the hospital.
On top of it all, I've recently had more pain in my back than normal, so I checked with a chiropractor and it turns out the accident had horrible effects on my spine that weren't addressed by the hospital at all!
My pelvis is crooked and bent horizontally at almost 20 degrees, my lower spine is tilted to the left with multiple disk fractures, and my neck is crooked and straighter then it should be (causing a lot of pressure on my back and spine). If this isn't fixed, I absolutely will need surgery to fix the problem.
Luckily, my treatments at the chiropractor are only going to be a little over $5,000 to help align me again and go through rehabilitation for posture and pain management.
Unfortunately, I'm already in such bad debt from the hospital that I can't afford this on my own, and the pain in my back keeps getting worse, preventing me from even attending class anymore. I hate to admit this to strangers, but I've even considered suicide, due to my depression and large debt. I feel like I'm drowning and there's no hope anymore.
All I need to get back on my feet is to get my spine taken care of. With everything that's happened I have no other option than to ask of you to please consider me if you have extra change lying around. Anything helps, even the smallest amount. If a miracle happens and I reach my goal, I'll be able to start paying off my $30,000 debt to the hospital.
