Cintiq for Freelancer!

I don't normally do things like this, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to try!
My name is Chrissalynne, a full time animation student at the Art Institute of Austin, and free lance digital illustrator. I am trying to raise enough money before I graduate in March 2015 in order to buy my very own Cintiq Wacom tablet! I don't make much after rent, school bills, and other living expenses, so it's hard to set money aside for things like this. (Heck, I spend all of my extra money on food.)
I don't like asking others for money if I haven't worked for it, but this tablet is something I wanted to buy for myself sometime, and it recently came to my attention that if I buy it while I'm still a student, it'll be significantly cheaper than normal! So, you see why I'm a little desperate to do this soon. :)
I currently have an Intuous 4, but the cable is worn, and it has a mind of it's own most days I use it. Having the Cintiq would significantly lessen the amount of time spent on school work and commissions, considering that it's a chore in itself to get my other tablet to even work most of the time!
I post all of my work on Instagram, if you want to be sure that this is really my profession, and not some scam. Lol.

I would be overwhelmed with gratitude if anyone were kind enough to donate. I would even be glad to whip up a small sketch to everyone who donates $5 or more, as a token of my appreciation! I know asking for money is a desperate move, but I hope this is a goal we can reach in the near future. Thank you so much!
