Freire Students Challenge Day

The 11th-grade teachers at Freire Charter School want to spend a day with our students at Villanova's team-building low ropes challenge course. This experience will help strengthen our students' abilities to work with others and communicate effectively. Coming mostly from West and North Philadelphia neighborhoods, most of our students have never participated in this type of experiential education, which can be an incredible tool to teach life skills.
$30 would fund one student for this exciting experience! If we can raise beyond our stated goal, it would allow us to avoid asking students to pay in as well. But any amount will help us reach the finish line!
