We are fund raising for a little girl age 5 called Sophie, at the age of 6 month Sophie was diagnosed with cerebral palsy Sophie is immobile and has very little to no control over her body movement, Sophie's eye sight and hearing have been strongly affected and are getting weaker and weaker Sophie is peg fed through tubes, despite all Sophie is going through she still has a huge smile on her face and her giggling is enough to melt your heart, any donation is welcome nothing is to small the money raised is going into a trust fund opened up in Sophie's name and will be used next year to send Sophie to Disneyland to meet her 2 favourite people Minnie and Mickey mouse please help make Sophie's wish come true
