Vet. visit for Carleigh

I recently lost my job and now my dog, Carleigh, is sick and desperately needs to see a veterinarian. With vet. visits being as expensive as they are, I need and would appreciate any help I could get. Carleigh is a beloved member of my family and I can't bear the thought of losing her.
