You already know that they are hard-working, resilient, honest and proud people, who would more likely suffer silently than ask for a handout. (this GoFundMe account was not created at the behest of Noraleigh or Noah, but at the request of many of their friends.)
What you might not know, is that with recent events, this wonderful family's struggle has grown increasingly dificult...
Noraleigh's graduation in Spring '15 will bring meaningful work and a living wage — if she can hold on til then. Even just one more unexpected bill will be enough to push this family off the knife's edge they're currently walking.
Our goal of $5,000 will create a much-needed buffer — an emergency fund to get this family through winter, past any crisis that may arise and on to a stable future.
