Rebuilding w/ Loving hearts... help us?

Thank you for taking the time to visit our GoFundMe page. We feel it is a must to say, our home will be rebuilt no matter what. We are safe and currently have a wonderful place we're renting. :) Having said that, we would like to ASK for your help with the rebuilding process of our dream home.
On August 8, 2014 Hurricane Iselle swirled through the Big Island of Hawaii and brought the roof and top two floors of our dream home to the ground. With it, went well over a year of hard work, hundreds of hours of early mornings, late nights and long weekend. In addition to the tens of thousands of dollars that had come directly out of our pockets and savings. Every piece of wood was nailed with love and every dollar spent was done so with joy to bring our dream to life. It is easy to feel defeated when life brings such challenging events into our lives. But we are choosing to use this experience as an opportunity for grow, gratitude and humility. Home is where the heart is, and we are blessed to live a life full of love, laughter and joy. We will rebuild one piece of wood at a time, one dollar at a time. It's a bit hard to ask for assistance when I, Ernest, am healthy and completely capable of rebuilding on my own. If you give, please only give what you can and only what you feel 100% lovely about giving. Any support is greatly appreciated and goes towards supporting the ideals of hard work, positivity and love that are necessary to pick up the pieces and start again.
