1.The building measurements do NOT seem to comply with what HAMBRIDGE HOMES were given planning permission for.
2. The floor to ceiling Amsterdam red light district style windows do NOT comply with what HAMBRIDGE HOMES were given planning permission for.
3. Pakefield Mews buildings DRASTICALLY reduced our light i.e. appear to have caused actionable loss of light! (Right to Light 1832)

To prevent having to comply HAMBRIDGE HOMES Filed another DUPLICITOUS application in which they LIED, LIED and yep you’ve guessed it… LIED!!! And once again a central a Central London County Court judge FACILITATED their deceitful LEGAL ABUSE!!!

Mr. MICHAEL PAGET, barrister at Cornerstones Chambers, also LIED in his 8 Dec 2023 skeleton argument. Nothing new here. Throughout this claim Michael Paget has proved himself to be a highly adept LIAR!
Michael Paget regularly LIES to judges! His LIES include: -

LYING in emails he sent to Judge Nick Parfitt in March 2020!
LYING in documents he as an ‘officer of the court’ submits to court!

The Overtons doing this because they know it will take another £10,000.00 to unpack their LIES. Michael & James primary goal has ALWAYS been to financially CASTRATE us so we run out of money and our no longer able to SUE them for causing cracks throughout the inside and outside of our homes!!! They don’t want to disclose exactly what their construction did to our land and whether the buildings with floor to Amsterdam Red-Light style floor to ceiling windows looking directly into our childrens’ private bedrooms are legal!!!

To hide the fact, they FAILED to adhere to 4 Court Orders compelling them to disclose what they did to the land ZENA KANAAN filed a FALSE statement to court containing a PLETHORA of LIES. Then ZENA KANAAN left Judge & Priestley a couple of weeks later!!!
2. MICHEAL PAGET barrister at Cornerstone Chambers, LIED in his Skeleton Argument i.e. purportedly factual account of his clients’ case. As part of their financial CASTRATION strategy MICHAEL PAGET LIED about his fee i.e., how much he charged Michael and James Overton!
MICHAEL PAGET is a stranger to truth, honesty or integrity! Mr. Paget will say whatever his multimillionaire clients need him to say and has repeatedly LIED throughout this case. Examples of which will be posted over the coming weeks.
Unpicking HAMBRIDGE HOMES lies will cost approximate £10k, as well as the time and emotional turmoil.

Did you know that if a property developer fails to serve party wall notices to all bordering neighbours, that literally the only the neighbour can do is take them to court?!!!
The Overtons owners of Hambridge Homes are using a legal loophole, which means they can do exactly what they like to their neighbours. Which includes working 7 day weeks from sun up to sun down, using overly large equipment that damages neighbouring properties. If neighbours complain, the Overtons threaten litigation, knowing it costs tens of thousands of pounds and property owners can’t get legal aid?!!!
We think it should be a CRIMINAL offence for property developers to fail to serve party wall notices!
We think it should be a CRIMINAL Offence for property developers to wantonly damage neighbouring properties.
The onus should be put on the developer to prove their heavy duty construction equipment will NOT damage nearby homes. Rather than ‘normal’ everyday people having to find tens of thousands of pounds on structural engineers after the fact proving the cracks that appeared within weeks of the use of ginormous machinery is not bizarrely described as 'wear and tear'...?!!!
Neighbours with homes next to the following Hambridge Homes developments all experienced strange floor to ceiling vibrations, and then subsequently practically identical cracks throughout their homes within weeks of Hambridge Homes arrival:
Hearn Place, Etherstone Road, SW16, The Triangle, 207 - 209 Gipsy Road, SE27, Downsview Road, Upper Norwood, SE19, Hayward Mews, Crofton Park SE4, and Pakefield Mews, SW2.
But the Overtons dare you to prove it's anything other than strangely simultaneous all 'wear and tear'....?
Not all property owners are wealthy. Millions of people across the UK bought homes decades ago but make well below £25k a year. People who bought property to raise families in, not as investments or to 'flip'
