I am creating this page for the purpose of helping my children ease the burden of funeral expenses.
After a long battle with cancer William Douglass III passed leaving his three children, William Douglass IV, Paul Douglass and Jeanette Douglass.
With countless trips to the hospital to be with their dad and taking turns so he wouldn’t be alone and spending as much time with him as they could careing for him in his home he passed on Friday the 10th sometime in the evening hours.
They are now left with not only incredible heart ache of losing their father but the cost of funeral and burial fees. Their fathers medical exspenses were exstensive.
The average funeral costs are around $7,000. That includes viewing, burial, embalming, transfer of remains, service fees.
All three children have watched their father suffer helplessly and hoped to have some quality time left with him after being released from the hospital this last time. They were unprepaired for the cost they face burying their father and have exhausted all their resources to cover the fees. They want to honor their father the best way they can and any assistance you could give would be greatly appreciated.
