Trevor's Top Surgery Fund!

My name is Trevor and my reason for creating this account is unique to many. While I may have a beard, broad shoulders, and a hairy chest, I was not born the way a boy is typically born. Something went wrong and created a male brain with a female body. This caused a great deal of confusion for my little self growing up being raised as female, while my mind was functioning and prepareing for male hormones that it did not receive. At the age of 21 I was finally able to discover a word to describe the confusion I felt on a daily basis- transgender. I have now been on testosterone for over 2 years. My voice has deepened, my muscles have grown, I have facial hair and body hair, my feet and hands even grew a little bit. Unfortunately, the hormone that has helped calm so many of my self-conscious qualms cannot fix my 'largest' issue. I am a well endowed male, and not in the sense that men typically want to be well endowed... if you catch my drift. My chest isn't going anywhere without a $7800 surgery. By the end of 2015 I will have saved up $6100 for my surgery. This leaves a remaining need of $1700 for the surgery as well as additional needed funds for the 6-8 day stay in the area, food, and travel expenses. I'm getting my surgery in February 2016 or earlier. I won't spend any longer than 1 more year without being able to finally take my shirt off for the first time in 24 years. I work hard for everything and this is no exception. I deserve this. All I still need is a little boost to help get me there.
