Sledding For The Drinkable Book

I am currently trying to win a competition run by Fjallraven clothing company to be chosen to travel to Norway in April 2015 to ride 300 kilometers on a dogsled with others from around the world that share this dream.
Although this sounds amazing enough, I would like to contribute something to the experience myself, and so I am asking that people not only vote for me (http://www.fjallravenpolar.com/show-all-contributions/?fbid=630022730) but also donate to an amazing project-- The Drinkable Book. This book has tranformed the way that water is purified by creating a book that educates users on safe drinking water practices, and whose pages also act as water filters-- removing up to 99.9% of bacteria commonly found in polluted water sources. The amount of filters in one book can purify up to four years of drinking water for one person, and I am hoping that you can match my almost 200 mile (300km) route through Norway and Sweden and donate as little as 10 cents for every mile I dog sled to this cause. This way, your total donation will provide one person with adequate water for the next four years, and at the end of my campaign, 100% of what we raise will go directly to the creation and disctibution of these books. Pretty amazing, huh? Voting for the dogsledding competiton ends on December 12th, but I will continue to accept donations here until the goal is reached.
