Help my cats and I move to Oregon

Hey there. This page is me swallowing my pride and asking for some help in getting a place set up for myself and my cats in Portland, Oregon. The last day of my lease is November 15th.
I don't live in the best neighborhood right now and my Section 8 voucher is finally portable. I'm on limited GA funds and don't have money to pay for a deposit in any of the places I've researched in Portland.
Assuming that the deposit will be first month's rent, what I'm asking for should cover it and maybe even a couple cat treats along the way.
