Please help happy get surgery

Please help save Happy. She is a sweet lil 4 or 5 month old puppy that got hit by a car on Monday morning. Her hip and spine is fractured and she is under dr Lowry's care at the talladega veterinary clinic. She needs surgery -the cost is over $5000. If she doesn't have the surgery, they will have to put her to sleep. Please please help us help her. Is an immediate situation.
