Lucy needs her teeth removed

I adopted Lucy several years ago from an abuse rescue shelter. Her teeth have reached a critical point to have all of them removed. Serious risk of nasal cavity infection and lower jaw fracture if I don't have them removed ASAP. Surgery is scheduled for September 10, 2014. I have gotten two opinions and this is the least expensive quote.
