Help Suki get well!

Wednesday evening our 1 year old American Pit Bull Terrier sweetheart Suki started vomiting profusely, and started refusing food/water. Thursday she was admitted to the ICU at Neel's Veterinary Clinic. She has to date had 5 sets of x rays, an ultrasound, been on IV liquids, seen by a specialist and radiologist and they have recommended surgery to do an upper bowel resection. This has completely blindsided us, but are willing to do whatever it takes to keep our puppy healthy and with us as long as possible. The total vet bills are currently totaled around 5,100 but could rise to almost 7,000 depending on any complications during the surgery and recovery. Any help at all would be so greatly appreciated.
