Thank you so much for showing me love by visiting this page. My name is Dezi Solèy and I am a model, actor, dancer, writer, singer, fashionista and designer currently creating in Oakland, California

I have been given an amazing opportunity to travel to Ghana, West Africa for a two week intensive cultural exchange experience with Cultural Links Ghana.

While I am working very hard to secure the funds for this trip, I am great need of your support. My current fundraising goal is $4,000 which will include all airfare and accommodations for my travels.

To me, traveling to Ghana will be a transformative experience in which, as a member of the African diaspora, I will not only be reconnecting with forgotten legacies but I will also have the opportunity to reimagine my role as a culturally diverse artist.
While in Ghana I will be specifically focusing on dance and fashion as I also engage in a rigorous study of history and active cultural exchange. I hope to enrich and nourish the already established connections between Ghanaian and Bay Area dancers and designers, creating further meaningful and sustainable works of art.
