We are currently raising money to help increase drunk driving awareness and provide aid to the Johnson family in these tough times.
Devin Johnson was an amazing son, brother, uncle and friend to everyone around him. He constantly put others before himself and never asked for anything. Devin was the oldest son out of 5 children. He attended East Carolina University in hopes of becoming a personal trainer. Devin was well loved by everyone and had a wonderful personality.
Unfortunately on Tuesday, May 26 Devin's life was taken due to a tragic event that involved a drunk driver losing control of the vehicle.
Now that he is gone, it is only right that we contribute to what he was trying to do and support the Johnson family through this tough time.
Devin's mother was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in May of 2011. Recently his step dad passed away and Devin willingly took on the role to become the back bone of his family. Those who knew him know that family was his priority. He was always trying to provide for them. He strived to be the best he could be, and tried to set good examples for his siblings.
We all know people who drink and drive. We encourage you to help raise awareness and take note of the terrible consequences.
Please help support the Johnson Family and never get in, or behind the wheel with someone intoxicated. It is just not worth it.
