Davie, formerly Georgie (A1040819) from the NYACC, is fighting for his life at an emergency care center. This little man's kennel cough rapidly transformed into pneumonia. Please pray for him.
The only life Davie ever knew was one of neglect and suffering. He was starved, denied any and all medical care, and shamed from any love and affection. He only knew the cold world of solitude. After finally experiencing a miniscule impression of the love and warmth the world has to offer him, he must now fight for life again- as if surviving a lifetime of abuse and a kill shelter were not enough. Davie needs rescue again. He needs a hero. Please be part of the team to save him one final time.

The cost of treating pneumonia is staggering. Davie requires at least 2-4 days of round the clock hospitalization. The doctors worry he will need more, given the severity of his chest xrays. Something like this can really make or break a rescue and the ability for us to save other animals and continue to care for those already in our care.
