Gary Webb is in the process...
Gary Webb is in the process of arranging a five a side football tournament at 'play football' next tuesday. All subs will be donated to fund and im told the pitch/ pitches will be free from the guy that runs it. Soon as we know more i will post it.
Also someone has arranged a raffle where one of the prizes is getting your ironing done for a week lol. The date of that is 11th of february at the cricketers gillingham. We will get as many ppl there as poss.
Also Ruth and Tom want to hold an event where we set chinese lanterns with messages off from the rookery where dave and all of us boys used to play football every day.
So many great ideas. There has also been talk of a fun run so keep your schedule clear.
As soon as i know more about all of these i will post on the fund page and on facebook.
Thanks to everyone.

Amazing that we reached the target,...
Amazing that we reached the target, the support shown by Gillingham and beyond is truly incredible.
Thanks to everyone that has already donated. Dave would of been humbled by how much he was loved and respected and would be so grateful that everyone has pulled together to raise this money for his family.
Anyone that hasn't donated already, or cant, please contact Matt, Dave Yearwood or Paul Golding and they can pick up a donation or cheque and add it to the site for you.
thanks again, lets keep going!

Terrible thing to happen to anyone, let alone a young father and husband, with the whole world ahead of him, don't think I met him, but my thoughts and prayers go out to all those affected by this awful tradgerdy, specially his wife and beautiful daughters. So sad!

I met dave in Infant school, Became friends with dave in primary school and doubled as a duo with him in secondary school with 3 other mates. we spent from 8 in the morning till late at night everyday and every night through secondary school. We rarely spent the whole day apart hense why became so close. dave used to play pranks on me and drive me mad, ....but i wouldnt change it for the world. RIP DAVID YOUNG x friends4lifex
