I am Dave Ash, and I am standing for Parliament in this year's General Election for the National Health Action Party, in the Sutton and Cheam constituency.
As a small party, with no big corporate sponsors, we rely entirely on small donations from members of the public who support our campaign. The benefit of this is that we do not act in the interests of corporate sponsors, instead we act entirely to serve everyone's best interests. The downside of course, is that we do have to ask for money to help us fund the campaign.
I feel that if we do nothing to rescue our NHS from wicked acts of governments of all shades over the last 30 years, there may very well not be an NHS to save in 5-10 years.
I am just an ordinary bloke, who has never in the past even considered being a politician, but I felt that someone had to stand up for our NHS.
