Apollo is not your typical Domesitc Orange Tabby, he is a Grade A Warrior. Having spent the first 6-ish weeks of his life alone, this little man has the guts to take on the world.
Apollo wondered into my life on May 25th crawling around in the grass at a BBQ. He was blind and crying out for help. I couldn't leave him. I took the little fellow home and got right to work trying to save his eyes, starting off with a 3-hour flea bath.
Since then Apollo's eyes have recovered completely. I funded this effort and his vaccinations myself. He was the happiest, playful, littlest kitten in the world.
Recently Apollo has fallen very ill, turns out my little Warrior has another battle to wage. He has a liver abnormality and a huge internal infection.
He has spent several days at the vet hospital on a catheter full of IV’s giving him the antibiotics and fluids he needs. I spend a couple of hours with him daily, holding him so he knows he isn't alone.
With a donation of as little as a dollar you could help bring this little Warrior back to top Warrior shape. The Vet is very optimistic that he should be back to his kitten mischievous ways after a couple more rounds of medicine.
