no running water in home

Hi my name is Jennifer I am 20 years old and I live with my grandparents both of my grandparents are disabled my grandmother can barely walk and my grandfather was in a terrible workplace accident a few years ago that caused him to lose his abililty to walk, be put on oxygen, have terrible heart problems and he was in a coma for over a year. Since then my family has been on a fixed government income of about $18,000 a year through disability and I currently have a part time job where I make roughly $150 a week. Our situation isn't ideal but we make it work. On saturday I walked outside and started sinking into the ground and we got our water bill which turned out to be over $500. We shut off the water and I went under the house to find out that our main plumbing line has a HUGE hole in it and it was beyond repair of just being able to patch it up. We called a plumber and he took a look and told us they were going to have to replace the whole line there was just no way around it and that it was going to cost about $5000. I don't like having to do this but I am desperate my family is usually barely able to afford to eat much less pay for something this huge. We don't have any other family that would be able to help us. We currently don't have any running water in the house and haven't since saturday (8/16) and I still have to go to work and stuff and really it's just hard to live without any water.
