Help Me Help My Rescues

As I'm sure you have seen across various social media outlets, we rescued a blind kitten back in November. She was only a few weeks old when we got her and didn't think she would make it through the night. She was emaciated, had fleas and couldn't close her eyes. The biggest issue has been her eyes. When we initially took her to the vet, they told us she had eye ulcers that had burst and scabbed over. With medicine, the scabs wore off and she can close them now. However, at a recent vet appointment at OSU, they told us Yodi would need her eyes removed and sutured closed because she has a virus passed on from her mom which will most likely lead to brain cancer. We also took a rescue (Tanner) who we got last week who is blind as well and missing one eye, and will need the same surgery. The surgeries are very costly so anything helps! :)
