Fix Roof, Ceilings, Make house safe

I came back to moms house in late 2009 to take care of her. It has been a goal to care for her in her own house and not shove her off to a nursing home. I did that for 6 years. She passed away last Sept. I originally was asking for help to fix the house and improve care for mom. Past hurricanes slammed tree branches into the roof. It started leaking in 2012 I think. One bedroom ceiling fell down. My brother was living there then. He patched it and put some kind of sealant on his part the roof. Roof began leaing in Kitchen and later other bedroom. I paid for a quick patching repair of the back side of the roof. It began leaking again not long after. 1 Bedroom still leaks and the Kitchen. Kitchen ceiling parts have come down at least twice. This month 220 Living Room AC quit. So having to stay mostly to the bedrooms to escape the heat. Any help to fix the roof and cellings would be appreciated.

This used to be much longer story ... This campaign has been up for many months. We ddin't get much participation, unfortunately. But now mother has passed away. We have an immediate $1600 + cost of cremation and a small Memorial session we will have in a room in the Funeral Home. We did the same thing for my brother, who passed in 2013.

Any help will be appreciated.
