The Saint James School, 7th Grade Varsity Volleyball team in Savannah, GA thought we'd do our part to raise awareness to A.L.S. At back to school night, Sister Lisa, our Principal said, "With a little love we can do great things"....
As a result, on Sunday, August 18, 2014, we decided to participate in the A.L.S. Ice Bucket Challenge by challenging the 7th grade, Varsity Volleyball Team @ Blessed Sacrament School in Savannah, GA Varsity Volleyball Team to participate in the A.L.S. Ice Bucket Challenge! In addition to accepting cash in hand donations, this site was created as an online fundraising tool to aid in acheiving our goal. Initially we thought we'd raise about $200 amongst ourselves.
We've decided to set a goal of $1000 to be raised in one week, and have challenged Blessed Sacrament Varsity Volleyball to do the same.
