Afon Youth Big Sleep Out !
Donation protected
Twenty-five young people from Bron Afon's Youth Forum are sleeping rough to raise money to support an orphanage in Belarus and a Torfaen woman’s life-changing operation.
The sleep-out is on Friday 29 August in the car park at Bron Afon’s office in Llantarnam. The young people will have sleeping bags and cardboard boxes to make their own shelter.
All the money you donate will be shared between:
- A trip to Belarus where the volunteers will decorate an orphanage and bring fun to the children's lives.
- A campaign to raise £300,000 so Lindsay Clarke, a mum-of-three from Talywain, who has Stiff Person Syndrome can have an operation in America.
The photo used on this page is from the Youth Forum's sleep-out in 2012 where they raised £1,000.
