an Online Strategy Game

I am Jason and I have been a software programmer and web developer (http://www.prebuiltweb.com) for over 15 years, i have created thousands of websites as well several games for customers over the years and always had the idea to create an online browser game that is based off of real life things, like work/jobs, owning/running a business (where other users work for you to earn income for themselves as well as you)... ownership of things like vehicles, homes, property, clothes, etc... with options to upgrade and resell them for profit too, eventually i would like to have anything that can happen in real life to be incorporated into the game (over time) but would like to get all the basics completed and working 100% first.
From the time a person joins they will start out with nothing and will have to build their empire up just like everyone else, you start out working jobs to earn income then buy things that will move you up the social ladder to success. Every action or decision you make will effect how quickly (or slowly) you progress in the game, so everyone will progress differently. The income(s) that you earn from various features will be able to be withdrawn via physical check or paypal (you will have the option to turn your in-game cash into real life cash).
I have been creating this game for awhile now in my spare time so, whether this campaign is even funded or not, i will still continue to create the game no matter what, however the funds from this campaign is needed to hire a graphic designer to create all of the graphics needed for it as well as to possibly hire another programmer, like myself who can help get things moving along much quicker. Various other things needed are... hosting (which i already have, but for this i would prefer a dedicated server), a new domain (name to be determined) and anything that is leftover (if any) from this campaign will go towards promotion and advertising... once the ball gets rolling the game will take off and grow very quickly.
If you cannot help, please at least share this with a friend or post to your blog or website, any help would be greatly appreciated. I am looking to have this game ready for beta testing by early November... and be completed and out of beta mode and fully launched on or before January 1st 2015. Like i said above, this game will still be created even if this campaign isn't funded, but funding will help move things along much quicker and easier instead of me trying to do 100% of everything myself.
Note: the name of the game is yet to be determined, my idea is to allow anyone who donates have the option of possibly naming the game as well as being the first persons to beta test the game when it is ready to test.
