I am in dire need of a home of my own and I cannot get a job where I am currently to save the money needed to buy one. I also do not qualify for state assisted living.
Even if I did there is no way I could make what is needed in time.
I am living with my grandparents and within this year that won't be an option and I'll be forced to go out onto the streets.
I cannot get a job where I am because there are no jobs within a reasonable distance (Where commute doesn't consume the paycheck in gas money), I lack a mode of transport that is not dependant on another person as I do not have a driver's license. Along with those, I cannot lift more than 30lbs (13.61 Kg) due to Scheuermann's Disease, it requires surgery to fuse parts of my spine to keep it from progressing further. My upper spine is at a 78° curve last check which was nearly three years ago. If I strain it by lifting above 30 lbs it will cause further damage to my spine which could end up permanently paralyzing me. The spinal fusion could as well but the risk is lower.
I will not be able to remain where I am, and thus will end up on the streets, due to a family member simply deciding that they will be taking my grandparents with them to a different state but have stated that I am not invited. I have no other places I can go, otherwise I'd've not bothered with this GoFundMe page.
