"...i mean... not much is going to happen for a while.... i've been told i have been referred to a gender clinic. i have to wait to get papers to send to them. Then i have to wait at least 7 months before getting an appointment. Which is okay. i know that i am male, but i do not get bottom dysphoria constantly, like many other guys i know. It's just a nonissue to me right now. Top dysphoria however, i have had longer than being able to tell people i am trans...." August 7th, 2012

Hello. My name is Dev James Danzig. I am a guy who is FtM (Female to Male) and am currently in the process of medically transitioning. It has taken me a while to get to this point. I decided in late 2011 that I have to transition medically, and I started my journey... Which had tons of mess ups from doctors and red tape to dance through. I only started HRT 24th June 2014, mainly thanks to my GP debating with Camden Medicines Management Team.

I am having chest reconstrucion on 27th August 2014 on NHS. It has taken far too long to get to this point. I am very thankful for this. My parents have been very kind and donated money to afford accomadation while I am in Brighton for surgery with my sister and friend. This is where I ask for your help.

For the past few months I was working at Punchdrunk. The show ended 2 months ago and I have mainly been out of work. Money that I have used was for rent, and to help with university fees, as well as general upkeep.

I am asking for money for petrol, parking and food for myself, my friend and my sister while we are in Brighton for my surgery. We will be there for four days, as I want some recovery time before I head home. Every little will help.

And for afters.
If I raise over my goal I will do three things:
1- Apply for a PPC (payment prescription certificate). As well as having HRT shots every month, I have severe stomach issues that I have to take three different medications for, as well as depression which I have to take another medication for. In total I take 5 medications daily, and the 6th is HRT. A PPC will cover me for all of these medications

2- Binder giveaways. I will have a LOT of binders to give away after chest reconstruction. Left over money will be spent posting binders (UK and Worldwide) so no one in need has to pay anything

3- Medicine. Not the same thing as the PPC. This will be for anything I am told I need to buy after my operation

AND if I raise FAR more than I think I will, I will donate money to charities such as Mermaids UK and Pace UK.

Thank you
