Help with my brothers funeral

***Update 8/20/14 After speaking with my family, I have discovered the cost for the funeral services is far more than we can afford, while this started to only get me home, I am ammending it to include the cost of the memorial. Thank you for your support and kindness 

Last Sunday (8/10/14) I lost my brother in a very brutal manner. My brother was shot and killed on his 24th birthday. Tenitivlly the services are sheduled for August 30, in our hometown of Dos Palos, California. I currently live in Dallas, TX and as a student on disablity and already struggling with medical bills I don't have the means or disposable income to travel home for the services. After friends researching the cost will be somewhere around $900, My flight has been covered, but still need travel expenses (transport, motel, etc) for 5 days. My brother was one the most important people in my life and its shredding me from the inside out that he is gone, I pray that I will able to go to honor his fallen memory.
