FTM Transition Top Surgery

I opened this for a good friend of mine, Dietrich who has been transitioning slowly over the years. He has been so kind and supportive over the time I have known him. He is an amazing friend to all and just an amazing person in general. I want to give back to him. Top surgery is quite expensive and hard to pay on his paycheck. This is my way of giving back, and helping him transition further!
