Medical Bills for Josh

My family and I are accepting any kind of donations to help pay for medical bills that i've been accumilating due to a condition I have.  I have a genetic mutation that causes tumors to grow in my body. They are called paragangliomas.  I have had 4 discovered to this point. I have had 2 removed in my neck which has left my right vocal cord paralized, as long as the one side of my face and tongue.

I have mostly recovered and learned to deal with the effects of this surgery. however we are still paying for it financially

on September 2nd I will be going in for surgery to remove the tumor that is located in my chest. the surgery is basically going to be like open heart surgery where they open my chest up and go into get it.

The surgeon is confident that he can get the tumor. however the tumor is sitting next to a nerve that is in the system that controls my other vocal cord. if that nerve is damages i'll need to have a tracheotomy so that i'm able to breath.  possibility of the tracheotomy being permanent if that nerve does not heal.

We currently only have one income which is mine because my wife needs to stay home to care for our two children. our oldest is autistic and so day care around here is impossible to find for less then any income she could find that would work with the hours she needs.

We are really just asking for anything that can be spared to help pay for doctor bills. the 2500 goal i have set is the remainder of our out of pocket maximum for the current year. anything beyond that would go to helping pay other expenses that go with being out of work a month. traveling followup appointments and that type of thing.
