*Crocheting Blankets for Cancer Patients*
In July 2017 my mom was diagnosed with small-cell lung cancer, she was 58 years old. My mom fought every second through chemotherapy and radiation.
During her treatment, I crocheted my mom a blanket that she used everyday. I called it a hug with love. My mom was my best friend and my whole world.
My mom lost her battle with cancer in September 2018. The blanket I made her gave her warmth, love, courage and comfort throughout her fight to survive.
I want to continue to provide courage and comfort to cancer patients. I am looking for donations to purchase yarn to crochet blankets. I will be crocheting the blankets myself and donating them to local cancer treatment centers and hospitals.
Please help me provide Cuddles for Courage to cancer patients.
Peace and Love,
Trisha
