College tuition

I have always had a dream of playing football at the next level. I knew the only way to do that was to have a strong faith in God and to be a good student. Education and hard work can get me where I want to go. Last year, I was attending college at Warner University near Lake Wales, Florida. I was happy to be at a good school and also have the opportunity achieve my dream of playing football at the next level. Unfortunately, my world changed when my momma was diagnosed with cancer and became real sick. My obligation to my faith is very important to me, but my obligation to my family is just as important. I had to make a choice; either leave school and help care for my momma and spend as much time as I could while she was still here, or I could stay at school. The decision for me was obvious; I had to be with my family. I chose to put school on hold and come home. Unfortunately, Warner University is in the business of providing an education at a price, and I owe them money. My momma passed away late last year and I have had to deal with the emotions of losing her. The last thing that crossed my mind was school and tuition. I am in a better place now and focused on returning to school. I was fortunate to have an opportunity to attend school much closer to home. This way I would be close to my dad and my family. Ave Maria has given me an opportunity to earn my education and still play football. The problem is, Warner will not release my transcripts until they are paid. I owe them, with interest, $8500 and they want it in full. I have no other means to pay them back in full without help. This is preventing me from going to school. That is why I am asking you for your help. You know me, my charachter, my faith in God, and my work ethic. You know I would never ask for help unless it was important to me. I have run out of options. Please help me experience my dreams and keep the promise I gave to my momma. Earning a degree was a wish my momma had for me and I want to make that wish come true. Thank you in advance.
