Remus needs emergency care!

I started this campaign several months ago because my kitten, Remus, was chronically ill. After getting a bill of clean health from the vet over a month ago, Remus has had a terrible backslide. His lungs are in bad shape, he is refusing to eat (for a cat tha tlikes to steal sandwhiches out of your hand this is a big deal), and is very lethargic and uncoordinated. Our wonderful amazing vet at Johnson Animal Clinic in Louisville have recommended an exploratory bronchial scope. This is a major procedure, involving anesthesia, invasive scopes, and lots of medication. It is going to cost around 1500, not including follow up care. When he is feel good Remus is the best cat and his quality of life is stellar. I want to do wha tis best for him and this seems like the next best step. If you could help us at all I, and Remus would be forever appreciative. I have nothing to offer you except my eternal gratitude. 


Hi there! My name is Remus! I'm 4 months old and I am pretty sick. I've been sick since my mom saved me from the shelter and I keep getting worse. I had pneumonia and overcame that, but I am getting worse and the vet is not sure what is going on. My mom works in animal welfare and doesn't make a lot of money. She's also trying to get a degree and keep me and my brother Henry in good health. She could really use a hand with my medical bills that seems to keep racking up.
